Any order placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped out the same day.

We ensure ALL our orders are shipped in plain packaging for full confidentiality. There are no marking whatsoever. Royal Mail require a return label, so this is our PO BOX and does not state 'Spicy Secrets'.

Smaller Items

Smaller items will be shipped in plain, heavy duty padded envelopes.
